How long will it take to receive my portrait after my payment?

Once your payment is received, process your photo and provide it to our artists.  Usually it will take an artist 4-10 days to complete the work depending on how complex it is and how many characters are involved.  Things to consider are artist schedules, holiday's and postal delays.

I've checked other sites and noticed prices between $500 and $10,000. Why such low prices?  (check FOR YOURSELF)

We are an American owned company, but using our unique studio network, our artists are located in South East Asia which allows artists to paint in a low cost environment.  With use of the internet, we can easily deliver to your door portraits and painting from highly talented artists from around the world.

What is the difference between a $200 and $2,000 painting?

As an artist develops their skills and gains reputation, they are able to command higher prices. In art, reputation is a key factor in pricing.  All of our artists have 5-20 years professional experience.

Is my payment information secure?

We use a 3rd party credit card processing company and don't host, save or even see your credit card information.  We only require basic information from you and do not resell or share your details with a third party.

Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box Address?

We can do so with US Postal Service, however we can not do so with FedEx.  For your security, FedEx requires a physical (street) address for door- to-door delivery.

What about Customs Charges?

Please be aware that you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges. As customer charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. Note: There is currently no duty on shipments to USA.

Why shouldn't I choose an artist I've heard of?

You should, if artist reputation is important to you!  There are many great, reputable artists that will paint your portrait.

You wouldn't be looking online if you were not comparing prices, times, quality and service.  We understand this, so we provide reasonable prices, great customer service and ease of use - all the things you expect of online shopping. 

Can you change ___________?

We aim to provide a quality "portraits from photos" service where portraits are faithfully created from photos sent from clients.  In any instance where a portrait  is not a satisfactory representation of the photo, we will do touch-ups to the customer specification.  If we can not achieve a quality representation after the touch-ups, we can offer a refund. 

Any request desired that is not in the original order is treated as a special request and will be considered at the artist discretion.  While we will be happy to attempt a special request, they are not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
