What
can I have painted?
|

| We can paint anything you have a photo of. If you want more than
a reproduction of your photo, please check our photo
guidelines first. We can do favorite
photos, portrait photographs, photos of houses,
landscapes, old time photos, graphics,
other paintings, celebrity posters, movie
posters, or black and white photographs. Please
send your digital photo when inquiring. |

| Who is the artist?

| We have a network of
artists from various studios to choose from.
Each one has a minimum of 5 years of experience.
We work to find the best artists at reasonable
prices.

| How can I
pay? |
|
We have several payment methods to choose from:

Credit cards with PayPal (registration required)– Using your
PayPal
account you can send money easily. If you are not yet a member, you will
also receive $5 for becoming a verified member. Check our
verification.

| How
good will it be?
|
The quality of portrait depends highly on the quality of the
photograph. When sending a digital photo, make sure it is print quality. (photo
guidelines) Our artists are especially good at replication. Please
give us as much direction as possible to ensure
you get the painting you what you want. |

| What if
I am not satisfied?
|
When your portrait is completed we will send you a digital photo of the
portrait. From this photo you can suggest any changes, and continue to
do so until you are satisfied. Read our
full guarantee. |

|
| How
long will it take to receive my portrait after
payment? |
Once your payment is received, process your photo and provide it to
our artists. Usually it will take an artist 4-10 days to complete
the work depending on how complex it is and how many characters are
involved. Things to consider are artist schedules, holiday's and
postal delays.

| Is my
payment and information secure?
|
We use a 3rd party credit card processing company and don't host, save or
even see your credit card information. We only require basic
information from you and do not resell or share your details with a third party. |

| I have reviewed my proof, can I change...?
|
|
We aim to provide a quality "portraits from photos" service where
portraits are faithfully created from photos sent from clients. In
any instance where a portrait is not a satisfactory representation
of the photo, we will do touch-ups to the customer specification.
If we can not achieve a quality representation after the touch-ups, we
can offer a refund.
Any request desired that is not in the original order is treated as a
special request and will be considered at the artist discretion.
While we will be happy to attempt a special request, they are not
covered under our satisfaction guarantee.

| Can
I send multiple photos to create one portrait? |
|
We recommend that you find the best possible photo as your main pose.
Adding additional elements from other photos is possible, but it is also
adds to the complexity. Please use clear labels when requesting
multiple photo composites.
